2024 Elevated Summer Enrichment Program


The Lemon Grove School District Expanded Learning Program will offer a FREE Summer Program from June 24-July 19, 2024.
 
The registration window is now CLOSED, however we have opened the
waitlist in Infinite Campus if you are interested!
 
 
How to Apply
  • Login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
  • Click the drop down menu
  • Click on "School Store" 
  • Click on the "Shop" button under your child's school 
  • Add the preferred Summer Program of your choice to your cart
  • Go to your cart and click "submit"
 
Elevated Summer Enrichment Program Details
  • Program Dates: Monday, June 24- Friday, July 19, 2024 (The program will be closed on July 4)
  • School Site Location(s): Mount Vernon (rising K-6th grade) and Vista La Mesa Academy (rising K-8th grade)
  • Program Hours: Half-day option: 8:00am-12:00pm or a Full-day option: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided to students
  • Registration: April 8th- April 19th 2024 on the Parent Portal
  • Application status update will be provided on May 3, 2024

Please Note: Space is limited.  Due to funding guidelines, priority registration will be provided to unduplicated pupils.

What are the dates for the Summer Program?
  • The Elevated Summer Enrichment Program will operate from Monday, June 24-Friday, July 19, 2024. (There will be no program on July 4, 2023)

Where will the program be located?
  • The program will be held on the campus of Mount Vernon (K-6th) and Vista La Mesa Academy (K-8)
What are the program operating hours?
  • There are two program options:
    • Half day program from 8:00am-12:00pm
    • Full day program is from 8:00am-5:00pm
If my child currently attends ELP do I need to apply for Summer Program?
  • Yes- All families interested in the program will need to complete an application in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
How do I apply for the Summer Program? 
  • The application will be available on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once you are logged in, click on "School store" then "Shop"! If you have not set up your parent portal account yet, CLICK HERE to create your account.
What grade levels can participate in the Summer Program?
  • The Summer Program is open to current Lemon Grove School District students in grades TK-7th grade.
Is there a fee for the Summer Program?
  • The program is available FREE of charge to current TK-7th grade students in the Lemon Grove School District.
Will meals be provided?
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided for students.
What is the student-to-staff ratio?
  • The student-to-staff ratio for TK and Kinder is 1:10 and 1:20 for 1st-8th grade students.
