Online Enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year
for NEW FAMILIES, preschool to 8th grade, is open!
Please continue to the green registration buttons below to enroll your child.
**All CONTINUING FAMILIES- please complete your Annual Update in the Parent Portal. There, you will be able to update any information that may have changed for your family and you can add a New Student if needed.
Instructions to activate your Parent Portal account
Steps to complete the Annual Update (for visual instruction in Spanish and English click HERE) :

- From your Parent Portal click the menu button at the top left
- At the bottom click MORE
- Then choose "Annual Update / New Student Registration"
Before You Start Online Registration:
- First, make sure you allow pop-up windows in your web browser
- Make sure you select the appropriate year and button for your student's registration.
- Choose your language.
- Choose "Start New Registration".
- Complete the form, making sure to enter your (the parent's) contact information, then click Begin Registration.
- Complete all sections of the online registration, making sure to click the red Submit button when you are done.
- After the registration is processed, you will receive an email confirming that the registration has been processed. This usually takes between 3 and 10 business days.
- After a new registration is processed, you will get an invitation to create a Parent Portal account.

Kindergarten: el niño debe cumplir 5 años el 1 de septiembre o antes
Transición a Kindergarten: el niño debe cumplir 5 años entre el 2 de septiembre y el 2 de abril
Transición temprana a Kindergarten: el niño debe cumplir 5 años entre el 3 de abril y el 31 de agosto
Preescolar: niños de 3 a 4 años que califiquen antes del 2 de diciembre (matriculados después de cumplir los 3 años)
Please bring these from home or your child’s previous school:
- Two current proofs of residence (from the last 30 days)
- Immunization records – including new TDAP for incoming 7th graders
- Latest report card
- Record of Previous Special Education Form (IEP), if applicable
- Documentation to verify your child's age (birth record, birth certificate, baptism certificate, passport, or affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor)
Por favor traiga lo siguiente de casa o de la anterior escuela de su hijo:
- Dos pruebas de lugar de residencia que sean actuales (es decir, con fecha de los últimos 30 días)
- Documento de las vacunaciones - incluyendo la nueva vacuna TDAP para los estudiantes que vayan a cursar 7o. grado
- El más reciente boletín de calificaciones/notas
- Si es aplicable, el documento en el que conste el formulario previo de educación especial (Plan educativo especializado o IEP)
