Pertinent Information regarding LGSD Preschool:

The State Preschool Program is a comprehensive Child Development program for 4 and 3-year-old children. Eligible children turning four years old by December 1st are enrolled first, then children who turn three years old on or before December 1st of the current school year. A priority is given to four-year-olds. Children will be placed on an interest list and ranked according to state preschool eligibility requirements.

Families must be prepared to disclose all gross monthly income as well as family size in order to determine eligibility.

We welcome children with disabilities.

*The LGSD Preschool Program is free of charge to families. Demand for the Preschool program will exceed program capacity at all school sites. Priority guidelines are set by the State of California. Although children outside LGSD boundaries are welcome to apply, enrollment priority is given to those families who reside within LGSD boundaries.
